Payment for classes, memberships, or events is due at the time of purchase. Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Classes canceled by Ybor City Jiu Jitsu Club.
- Refund requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled event or class.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in any activity at Ybor City Jiu Jitsu Club, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical training, including injury. Ybor City Jiu Jitsu Club is not responsible for injuries, loss of personal property, or any damages arising from participation.
